The ABB 6 Axis robot is perfect for this high precision process capable of palletising in excess of 600 eggs per minute. The bespoke designed egg gripping head simultaneously picks 24 trays of eggs and places them on the waiting pallet, the gripper then also collects the plastic preform layer divider allowing an all in one reliable system. The egg palletising system integrates with all types of egg packers increasing output speed and minimising the time required to pack the daily production.
