Bulk Bagging Unit – Belt Feed BAB-120B
The Ultimate Bulk Bag Filling System the BAB-120B is the quickest bulk bagger available from Bulk Automation.
Capable of filling 4 bulk bags per minute, the 8m3 heavy duty hopper feeds onto a large in-feed belt conveyor which then feeds the product up to waiting Bulk Bag.
The Bulk Bag Filling is controlled Via an integrated weighing system that fills the bag to a pre-set weighment, making bulk automation quick, accurate and operator friendly.
The tunnel or looped Bulk Bags are place onto the waiting weigh frame by the operator and filling begins to the pre-set weight, Once the target weight is reached the feed belt stops and the filled bag is ready to be removed and the process is repeated.

Bulk Bagging Unit – Shaker Tray BAB-60S
A robust compact Bulk Bag Filling System the BAB-60S is an economic entry level bulk bagger available from Bulk Automation.
Capable of filling 2 bulk bags per minute, the 8m3 heavy duty hopper discharges onto a large declined shaker tray which then feeds the product into the waiting Bulk Bag.
The Bulk Bag Filling is controlled Via an integrated weighing system that fills the bag to a pre-set weighment, making bulk automation quick, accurate and operator friendly.
The tunnel or looped Bulk Bags are place onto the waiting weigh frame by the operator and filling begins to the pre-set weight, Once the target weight is reached the Shaker Tray stops and the filled bag is ready to be removed and the process is repeated.
